Could professional development be failing to adapt to what is best for leaders and teams? According to multiple studies, adult learners average attention span is 10-20 minutes. Utilizing small, focused chunks of content (microlearning) and delivering this content directly to the learner how and when they need it leverages both technology advances and adult learning traits by meeting the learners where they are.
